Effective Date: 1/28/2026 Welcome to Paleozoics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.

We sell live plants and related goods. Because plants are living items, product appearance may vary. Size, color, and growth patterns can differ naturally. Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and do not necessarily indicate damage or poor quality.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping limitations. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

You agree that all billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our control.

Delivery Date: Delivery date is determined by the carrier tracking information.

Once your order is delivered, you are responsible for proper care. Environmental conditions (temperature, sunlight, watering, soil conditions, pests, and humidity) can affect plant health. We are not responsible for damage caused by conditions after delivery or improper care.

Because live plants are perishable, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

We only accept claims for plants that arrive damaged during shipping under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
   
• You must provide proof of purchase and photo proof of damage, including:
   
  • photos of the damaged plant
     
  • photos of the packaging/box
     
  • photo of the shipping label (if possible)
     

After review, we may offer (at our discretion):

• a replacement,
   
• a refund, or
   
• store credit.
   

No claims will be accepted after 3 business days.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at proyardandlandscaping@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the stated intervals until cancelled. You can cancel by contacting proyardandlandscaping@gmail.com before the next billing date.

Discounts and promotions may have expiration dates and additional terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

All content on this Site—including text, photos, logos, graphics, and design—is owned by or licensed to Paleozoics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for marketing and business purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content.

This Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paleozoics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paleozoics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
