Return and Refund Policy
At Paleozoics, we take great care in ensuring that your plants arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and we are here to help. If your plant has been significantly damaged during transit, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plant has been greatly damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong plant, please follow these steps:
2. Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items. Please make sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.
3. Return Shipping
For damage claims, we will cover the return shipping costs if a return is necessary. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement we will send you a refund or replacement within 48 hrs. (We do not do returns for plants only refunds and replacements for them)
4. Refund Processing
Once your return or damage claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
